Before Your Procedure
Before you come into Broadway Surgical Institute for your procedure, please refer to your physician’s office to discuss your insurance, and all costs that may be associated with your procedure. Your physician’s office will verify your benefits and review your coverage with you before your procedure is scheduled.
After Your Procedure
After you’ve had your procedure, Broadway Surgical Institute will file a claim to your insurance carrier on your behalf. Once your carrier has received the claim, they will send an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) to you and to Broadway Surgical Institute. If you have any further inquires once you’ve received your EOB, please contact Broadway Surgical Institute to be directed to our billing department.
